We called early on a Saturday hoping to get someone out quick as there was a significant amount of water leaking from the kitchen into our basement. We also have a very uncommon make and model for our freezer appliance which meant lots of repair companies in and around Edmonton were not able to assist us. The team at advanced appliance helped us out right away and were able to send Mark out to help us out within an hour. Mark showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly and did a fantastic job helping us to address the issue and ensure the leak was fixed.
