30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy for Refrigerator Water Filters!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return any item (except special orders) within 30 days of receipt by following the return steps outlined below.

Return Policy Conditions

  • Refrigerator Water or Air Filters: Returns are free. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent once we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • All other products: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to a shipping error by appliancer.ca.
  • If you ordered the wrong filter and do not want a replacement, we may still provide a prepaid label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging and all components intact.
  • Installed, used, or altered items, especially electrical components like control boards, are non-returnable.
  • Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from refunds on all items except filters, even if originally shipped free.
  • Parts returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Electronic components may incur a 30% fee.

Return Steps

STEP 1 – Request an RMA Number

To initiate a return, request an RMA by submitting the Return Request Form. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date.

STEP 2 – Receive Your Return Label or Address

For water or air filter returns, a prepaid label will be sent with the RMA.
For other items, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

STEP 3 – Pack Securely

Repack the item with all original packaging, components, and documentation. Use an outer protective box if needed.

STEP 4 – Label and Ship

Include the RMA number both on the label and inside the package.

Terms & Definitions

Authorized Returns

Returns with a valid RMA#. Items must be new and unused. Used items are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without an RMA# may be rejected and returned to sender. Customer bears return shipping costs.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused upon delivery, a return shipping and labor fee will be deducted from the refund.

Types of Claims

Visible/Concealed Damage or Missing Items

Must be reported within 30 days of shipment date.

Incorrect Delivery or Lost Package

Must be reported within 40 days of shipment date.

Incorrect Product Received

Notify us within 30 days of shipment if you receive the wrong item.
